The Simple Answering package provides you and your business with a simple, effective, and affordable call answering service.

Name: SA Casual Includes 10 calls $3.20 per extra call

Name: SA Standard Includes 25 calls $3.00 per extra call

Name: SA Heavy Includes 60 calls $2.80 per extra call

The Simple Answering package is our entry level answering service platform, and so it only includes the following features:

Custom greeting script based on your business name
Basic caller interaction, eg. if the caller asks for a specific person, or specific questions, we inform them the person/persons who handle that enquiry are not available, and request call back details
Only "answered" calls are counted towards your usage. (This means calls missed by our team, or hangups are not included).
Standard Name, Number and brief message are collected from the caller
Message details are emailed and sent via SMS
Additional emails are included for free
Additional sms delivery points are charged at 20 cents/per delivery point/per sms

For any additional features beyond the above list, you will need the Tele Receptionist or Tele Clerk product.
